You may customize the shortcut code for your own use. However, you do not have the right to resell, redistribute, or sub-license the shortcuts, whether in their original or modified form.

3. Apple Intelligence & Data Privacy

Our shortcuts leverage on-device Apple Intelligence. SurfShortcut does not process, store, or have access to the photos, health data, or financial information processed by the shortcuts on your device. All processing happens locally on your iPhone or via your personal iCloud account.

4. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features or download history. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are generally not provided once a shortcut has been downloaded. However, if you experience technical issues that our support team cannot resolve, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for a case-by-case review.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our shortcuts are provided "as is" without any warranties. While we strive for accuracy, SurfShortcut is not responsible for any errors in nutrition calculation or expense extraction, nor for any data loss resulting from the use of our shortcuts.
