Prerequisites
You'll need an iPhone running iOS 26 or later with Apple Intelligence enabled.
Set up Apple Numbers
Download the Numbers template and store it in iCloud.
Set up Apple Shortcut
Create a "Food" calendar, click the iCloud shortcut link, and configure the shortcut settings.
Run & verify
Run SurfCal Plus and check the results in Apple Numbers.
